No. Quotes and itineraries are free. You only pay a deposit when you've reviewed the itinerary, asked all your questions, and decided to proceed.
A 30% deposit secures your dates. The full deposit is refundable up to 60 days before your trip. Between 60 and 30 days, 50% is refundable. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a future trip within 12 months.
 
International wire transfer, Wise, and major credit cards via secure payment link. For African clients, M-Pesa and bank transfer. Full balance is due 30 days before arrival.
 
All park fees, accommodation, vehicles, guides, transfers, and meals as listed in the itinerary. International flights, Tanzania visa (~$50), travel insurance, and tips are not included. We send you a clear list with every quote.

International flights — no, you book those independently. Internal flights within Tanzania (fly-in safaris, Zanzibar transfers) — yes, we arrange these as part of your trip.
 
All our Kilimanjaro climbs carry: a registered mountain guide, certified emergency oxygen, pulse oximeter monitoring twice daily, satellite communication, and KPAP- certified porter welfare standards. Our summit success rate is 92% on the Machame route.

Our office is in Kaloleni, central Arusha — a short drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport. Most travelers do not need to visit us in person, but we are always happy to meet for a coffee before or after your trip.
